Jodie Stubbs-Sullivan

Jodie Stubbs-Sullivan has been helping people move better and feel stronger for over 30 years. With a background in dance and a degree in Exercise Science, she has worked with everyone, from beginners to athletes, and those recovering from injury. Her teaching style is warm, personal, encouraging, and tailored to each individual.

After years as a personal trainer and educator at the Australian Institute of Fitness, Jodie discovered that Pilates brings it all together, combining physical strength with mindful, balanced movement for both body and mind.

Trained through Polestar Pilates International, a program developed by physiotherapists, Jodie blends expertise and practical guidance in every session. Jodie found her passion in GROUP MAT PILATES CLASSES where clients can find their flow to make it a true mind body experience.

Jodie and her team are passionate about creating a space where everyone feels comfortable, no matter your age, experience or fitness level. Every participant feels welcomed, encouraged, and cared for.
