Jodie Stubbs-Sullivan

Jodie has been helping people move better and feel stronger for over 30 years. With a background in dance and a degree in Exercise Science, she has worked with everyone, from complete beginners to athletes and those recovering from injury. Her teaching style is personal, encouraging, and focused on what works for each individual.
After years as a personal trainer and educator at the Australian Institute of Fitness, Jodie found Pilates to be the perfect combination of strength, mindfulness, and balance.
Trained through Polestar Pilates International, a program developed by physiotherapists, Jodie now brings together the best of both worlds in her classes. Along with her team, she creates a space where everyone feels welcomed, encouraged, and supported- no matter your age, experience, or fitness level.
